When will my order ship?

Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 - 5 business days. Orders placed with Expedited or Express shipping will leave our warehouse even faster. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available.

Items that ship directly from the artist, are custom-made, or are on backorder will ship by the date indicated on the item page. We'll also remind you throughout checkout and on your order confirmation email if you've chosen one of these items and what their expected ship date is.

During COVID-19 we're seeing more carrier delays than usual, so we'd advise you to give yourself a bit of buffer time if you need an item or a gift to arrive by a certain date.

Shipping options and costs

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays. 

Items shipping directly from the vendor/artist and items on backorder will take longer, and this difference is noted on the item page. We’ll let you know throughout the checkout process if you’ve chosen one of these items before you pay for your order.

Return instructions

We've made returning things even easier! To start your return online and print a free return label follow the steps listed below.

Create a return online:

1. Log into your account or find your order here 
2. Enter your 8-digit order number and billing zip code.
3. Check the box next to the item(s) that you’d like to return, then start your return. 
4. Gift recipients can select “Return a gift” before starting a return and the purchaser will not be notified. 
5. Choose the reason for your return and a refund method, then enter any additional refund information that may be needed.

  • Note: If you are using track and manage to report a missing piece or component to your item, be sure to enter those details in the additional notes box, which you'll be prompted with only after selecting: report a problem > selecting the return box next to the item > selecting the damage/incomplete drop down.

6. Enter the email address where we’ll send a confirmation and pre-paid return label, then submit your return.

Shipping your return:

1. Pack your items securely. Include your packing slip (not required).
2. Use the USPS prepaid return label at any USPS office.
3. We'll process your return according to your return ID request within 2-3 weeks from the day you send it back.

 

Our return policy

Return Processing Time:

  • Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. 
  • Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, replacement, or issue a gift certificate depending on your desired refund method.

Return Refunds:

  • Refunds will be applied back to the original payment method used.
  • Issued refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your payment account.
  • Issued email gift certificates may take 24 hours to arrive in your inbox and post mail gift certificates usually deliver within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued for returned items and do not include the cost of shipping.

Ineligible Returns:

  • We regret that customized items cannot be returned.
  • At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for online returns.
  • Return refunds can be issued back to a valid payment card within 6 months or PayPal account within 12 months of the transaction. All other refunds will be issued by check.
  • If we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to refuse it and no returns will be granted.

 

International shipping

We’re happy to offer international shipping to most countries around the globe! 

 

Delay shipping

We're unable to delay shipping on our orders. If you absolutely cannot have a package arrive so soon, please contact us and we'll help you figure out the best date for you to place your order and have it arrive on or near the date you need.

Carriers and other delivery information

We primarily use USPS and FedEx. Orders shipped with Economy service are typically delivered by USPS. We use a regional carrier called OnTrac for some of our orders shipping to the western portion of the United States.

If your order is shipping to a PO box address, final delivery will always be made by USPS regardless of which shipping type you choose.

Orders shipping outside of the US are typically shipped via DHL Express, though in some cases a local carrier, such as Canada Post, will make the final delivery.

A few tips:

  • We are unable to send specific delivery information, such as "leave on the back porch" or "please deliver after 4 pm" to the carriers.
  • Deliveries normally occur between 8 am and 8 pm, but we are unable to request or guarantee a specific delivery time or window of time.
  • Packages delivered within the United States typically don't require signatures unless they exceed $500 in value or they are custom-made and of high value.
